If you are taking up a lease or concluding one then it is usually essential to have a suitable report carried out either on behalf of the tenant or the landlord; we can act for either. This would also apply if you were considering buying or selling a commercial property.

 

Reference to a report will often be a useful point of referral in negotiations prior to matters being agreed so it can never be too soon to have one carried out on a property in which you are involved.
